NEET UG Cut off Mark

To be called for counseling students need to secure the cut off mark in the entrance examination. Cut off mark depends upon some factors like difficulty level of entrance exam, how many seats are available, the number of applicants. The cut off mark differs for reserved category and unreserved category. The cut off mark is higher in unreserved category. Once the cut off mark is declared the board prepares merit list for counseling.

When will be the result of NEET-II, 2016 declared?

As per the NEET UG official website the expected date result is 17th August, 2016. NEET UG result will be available on NEET UG official website. With their registration number and password candidates can check their result. However Board has cleared that the exact date of result will be published on its website. Students need to check the official website to know the exact date of result.

Counselling for seats under 15% All India Quota:

  • The counselling for successful candidates under 15% All India Quota seats is conducted by the MCC/DGHS. The Counselling for admission in seats under the control of other States/Universities/Institutions shall be conducted as per the notifications issued separately by the authorities concerned.
  • During counselling, the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by the respective authorities and Medical/Dental Colleges.
  • It is expected that the counselling will be started after September, 2016.
  • The counselling procedure will be conducted by www.mcc.nic.in. Candidates can check this website to get updates about counselling.
